Joining the Electricity Wizard business with the exciting prospect of developing and leading a new business in Health Insurance from ground zero.

Responsible for leading and developing all sales and growth channels of Propper as well as developing existing relationships and building out the brand.

Accountable for all sales verticals at iSelect including health, energy, general insurance and telecommunications.

In the head of sales role, I have been entrusted to develop and lead the health sales team, from sales managers and team leaders to sales agents on the phones.The role consists but not limited to; setting and measuring sales targets monthly, developing capability to my direct reports (sales management team), working closely with the finance, marketing and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience, design and lead town halls including all communication that goes with it.

During my time as a Sales Manager I was leading and managing 3 health teams all with 10 direct reports each. Having worked across a number of areas in the business, I am fortunate to also run our sales team meetings with all leaders, sales town halls, performance metrics, commissions and target setting.

During my time in the commercial role I had the ability to engage with external partners. This would come in the form or contract negotiations, forecasting, product development and relationship building. Internally I continued to extending my knowledge across different functions of the iSelect business including but not limited to our finance team, project developers, marketing partners and also continuing my involved in our sales environment.
