Served on installation team of furniture, fixture and equipment for USACE BRAC 133 project in Alexandria Virginia. Produced, tracked and maintained furniture vendor schedules of delivery and installation for new DOD buildings, 15 story and 17 story office complexes. Prepared reports and managed weekly meetings with USACE construction project representatives, FF&E vendors and punch team personnel. Served as lead analyst to test, evaluate and implement a new human resources program for the City of New York. Worked closely with project managers and project teams to provide testing timeline, plan analysis for functional and performance testing for human resource management software. This project was successfully rolled out to 5 of the offices within the Human resources Administration, resulting in less wait times for patrons and better control of the various resource areas.

• Developed and maintained relationships with clients in a fast paced call center environment. In the telecommunications center, I consulted with customers to identify problems and solutions so that the telecommunications center functioned at 90 percent capacity.
