Served on installation team of furniture, fixture and equipment for USACE BRAC 133 project in Alexandria Virginia. Produced, tracked and maintained furniture vendor schedules of delivery and installation for new DOD buildings, 15 story and 17 story office complexes. Prepared reports and managed weekly meetings with USACE construction project representatives, FF&E vendors and punch team personnel. Managed punch teams, oversight of work and processing of daily reports.

Worked closely with project managers and project teams to provide testing timeline, plan analysis for functional and performance testing for human resource management software. • Developed and maintained relationships with clients in a fast paced call center environment. In the telecommunications center, I consulted with customers to identify problems and solutions so that the telecommunications center functioned at 90 percent capacity. This was a complex effort that required that I coordinate the work between permanent staff and a number of vendors and independent contractors.
