Chairman of CTIA OTA Working Group for 14 years. Led and drove development of industry first cell phone OTA test method. Coordinated with 3GPP and COST IC1004 to ensure the technical accuracy of SISO and MIMO test methods. The OTA Working Group subgroups developed the CTIA hand phantom as well as numerous cell phone OTA test methods. Represented Motorola Mobility in IEEE/IEC SAR standards committees that develop SAR test methods for body worn devices. Worked with FCC, Industry Canada and European regulators to harmonize and rationalize body worn SAR requirements world wide.
