My role involves directing and coordinating the operations of the organisation. I’m directly responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of five departmental P&L’s and organisational operations departments throughout the South East of England, delivering the provision of effective methods to ensure the business is on target to achieve the vision of the boards strategy.

My prime responsibility is to ensure that the desired strategies of the business are successfully accomplished by managing, directing and leading the team to success.
