Programme/Project Description:Diageo SharePoint Programme – Diageo has chosen to adopt SharePoint Office 365 Dedicated as its strategic collaboration, social networking, intranet, enterprise search and web-applications development platform for all Diageo 18,200 information workers. Role/Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership to the CSC Account team responsible for providing the Microsoft Partner Office 365 Service Offering: •Work with key Diageo and CSC stakeholders to define, document and implement a release management process for custom solutions deployed to the Office 365 SharePoint Online Service.•Provide technical and thought leadership to the CSC Account team and Service Delivery Managers for the creation, development and management of a CSC Account based SharePoint Centre of Excellence/ 2nd & 3rd line support. •Work with key Diageo and CSC stakeholders to define, document and implement governance and design principles against which future changes and strategies will be assessed.•Provide thought leadership on the integration and interoperability of the Office 365 SharePoint Online and other on-premise LOB solutions.•Provide advice and guidance on a SharePoint Governance Framework.•Provide recommendations on application transformation and modernisation for legacy applications & their suitability for re-design as SharePoint based applications. •Provide informal “on the job” knowledge transfer to CSC Service delivery managers responsible for the Office 365 SharePoint Online Service. •Provide advice & guidance on impacts of the Office 365 SharePoint Online Service roadmap as it affects Diageo & CSC both technically and commercially. •Provide advice & guidance on the migration to Office 365 SharePoint 2013 Online. Paul is a Senior Consultant for SharePoint information systems including implementation strategy, planning, SharePoint governance, user adoption, information architecture, infrastructure design and architecture, working with customers to deploy SharePoint effectively into many global companies. He works with customers to make the most of SharePoint and helping them develop their “SharePoint Roadmap” to bring about business alignment, and on long term accounts he is seen as the customer’s trusted advisor. In addition he provides technical pre-sales consultancy within the BID process. Lead SharePoint Architect: Paul leads teams that design, scope and help ensure the successful delivery of £multi-million high profile, complex and often politically sensitive SharePoint Solutions, which have a major impact on the customer’s business.His role responsibilities are to ensure the technical delivery of the solution by overseeing its design, deployment and transition to service. He is the primary technical interface with the SharePoint project team, the client’s technical teams and the business on a daily basis. He ensures that the end-to-end solution is “fit for purpose”, meets customer requirements and adheres to best practice.

Programme/Project Description:Chrysler SharePoint Programme – Chrysler has chosen to adopt SharePoint 2010, Fast Search for SharePoint 2010, and SharePoint 2010 Project Server as a strategic collaboration, enterprise search, web-applications development, and Project Management platform for the future. This is in addition to their Microsoft BPOS deployment. The service will support all Chrysler and Fiat Group 70,000 users for Collaboration, Intranet, Extranet, Enterprise Search and Project Management across both groups. In addition, additional SharePoint farms hosted in Chrysler DMZ will host all Chrysler Public Brand sites, eg Chrysler.com & Jeep.com. Role/Responsibilities:Part of a CSC US team contracted by Chrysler Infrastructure Group to validate the Chrysler documented architectural models and designs necessary to build the base SharePoint 2010 Farms to support current and future initiatives:•Validate the architectural models and designs developed by Chrysler. Programme/Project Description:RMG Connect 2010 BPOS –D deployment - Cloud-based solution to Royal Mail, the world’s first partner lead implementation of Microsoft’s Business Productivity Online Suite (BPOS) Dedicated. Providing on-going technical support & solution ownership of the transformation programme for a leading supplier of services to the oil and gas industries. Provide strategic consultancy to the customer & work with them on developing the IT strategic roadmap, act as their trusted advisor & identify new business opportunities.
