This process required constant communication with doctors and the nursing team to ensure that all needs were met.Additionally, I was responsible for reconciling the bank statements for the state funds allocated to the department. I managed the physical assets of the department, assisting leadership in the process of acquiring new assets. This involved a meticulous analysis of financial transactions, document verification, and ensuring that records were in compliance with UERJ standards—a rigorous control of expenses and revenues, creating detailed spreadsheets.With over a year in the position, I began to develop flowcharts for my administrative processes with the goal of efficiency and future documentation.
