I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of Information Technology, with a solid track record in management and significant achievements. My journey started in consulting, where I had the opportunity to lead teams and manage challenging projects, providing practical and efficient solutions for companies.With extensive experience in the IT Infrastructure area, I worked in high-performance teams supporting critical operations and large-scale strategic projects.In mid-2010, recognizing the growing demand for Information Security, I made the decision to transition into this area. I joined as a Senior Analyst at Proteus consulting and, later, I was promoted to Project Manager. In this role, I focused on strategic risk management and the impacts on clients' businesses.I've had the opportunity to successfully lead over 60 projects, focusing on vulnerability management and protecting the infrastructure assets of clients across industries such as banking, brokerage, insurance and retail.I highlight my leadership in projects with renowned clients, including Itaú Colombia, Caixa Seguradora, Via Varejo and Rede Globo, in which I achieved remarkable results, consistently raising IT infrastructure security levels between 90% to 95% on average.In 2020, I took on an exciting challenge as leader of the Transformation and Innovation team in the Infrastructure area at Banco Santander. I focused my efforts on Automation and Artificial Intelligence in IT Operations (AIOps), and was proud to achieve and exceed the goal of 33% automatic remediation in IT Operations by the end of 2021. This achievement remains today and has improved significantly the operational efficiency and availability of the platforms that serve our customers.I currently hold the position of IT Leader, leading a team specialized in engineering, architecture and support for the bank's automation platforms.I seek to be a servant leader for the team, directing the team technically and developing people's potential.
