Chief Revenue Officer (Cro)
CurrentAirtable was founded over a decade ago to challenge how software is built and deployed. Our goal was to give non-developers the superpower to create their own business software to replace messy spreadsheet-driven processes and rigid packaged software. Traditionally, the choices have been: 1.) Get in a queue and wait for IT to make the changes you need, 2.) Rely on SaaS companies to (hopefully) eventually put your requirements into their roadmap or, 3.) hire outside service firms to make expensive customizations. A significant hurdle in achieving the desired outcomes of a digital transformation initiative is the lack of adoption caused by disruptions in the way employees are required to work. With the vision of democratizing the next generation of applications, we set out to give people closest to the work the ability to easily and directly manipulate software to fit their needs.
