While I’m a very techy person, trying to keep up on the latest tech launch on a very broad spectrum of interest, I also a have a big focus on Business. I understood several years ago, that the best way of delivering value to any company/project, is to understand their business and use my technical knowledge to provide technical solutions that solves the business problems. This approach has presented me opportunities to grow professionally and personally and develop soft-skills that help me in becoming a better team leader. As a team leader, I identify with some ease, what drives each team member, their strengths and weaknesses. This understanding has helped me to build strong teams capable of delivering successfully projects on time and in budget, contributing to increase the Customer’s trust and become more than a service provider, but a partner that is part of the Solution to a Customer’s problem.
