I’ve also acted as the Board VP of Brasscom and had a sit at CEO’s Committee of AmCham.I have more than 30 years in ICT Market with solid expertise in strategic consulting and digital transformation, M&A and Integration processes, as well as management of national and global companies. With entrepreneurial and executive profile, competence in sales, operations and lead high performance teams.I had been a Consultant and CIO of several Brazilian companies before becoming co-founder and shareholder of Unitech for 10 years. In 2007, after having merged his company Unitech with Braxis, I joined CPM Braxis. In early 2009, as the Industry Clusters VP became responsible for the company’s accelerated growth for 3 years. As member of CPM Braxis executive committee I supported the acquisition by Capgemini Group in 2010 and lead the strategic partnerships with Bradesco and CAIXA. Had being as the Senior Sales VP and lead the Financial Services BU until 2014, when I was appointed as Capgemini’s Brazil CEO, acting for 3 years. At Resource IT I focused on a sustainable profitable growth cycle: improving the corporate governance, creating new business units and renew the portfolio based on cloud and digital solutions. As head of the company, also I leveraged international operations, expanding Resource’s presence in Latam and US.I’ve gotten a Master Degree in Software Engineering at IPT-USP, a Post-Graduation in Business Administration at FGV-SP and a degree in Computer Sciences at UFBA. Additionally, I have taken executive education courses at Harvard Business School and Wharton/Insead.
