Production Supervisor
CurrentManufacturing Supervisor of the factory's Production Area, reporting directly to the company's senior management, managing a team of 150 employees, containing 4 Supervisors, 7 team leaders and operators, managing the assembly line processes and vulcanization. Company specializing in automotive medium to large vehicles hoses, through which water and oil fluids pass, being a Tier 1 supplier to the main company car manufacturers as Volvo, Fiat, Mercedes, Scania, Ford, MAN, Volkswagen, etc.,- Plan, coordinate and control production in the different manufacturing areas of the organization, ensuring compliance with the daily production plan;- Definition and monitoring of specific KPIs, such as OEE, scrap rate, billing/man/hour, Internal and External Complaints, Q Chart, Continuous Improvement - Kaizen, Savings, Escalated process audits and 5S, used to evaluate process performance productive.- Planning and Implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices to eliminate waste, scrap, reduce production times and improve operational efficiency.- Encourage innovation in the production environment, introducing new technologies such as MES and Industry 4.0 and methodologies aimed at good manufacturing practices.- Conduct process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop Kaizen to achieve gains.- Lead and motivate the work team, fostering a collaborative culture that seeks high performance and quality in the process.Achievements:● Increase in the OEE results from 50% to 65%, meeting the organization's target of 60% for 2024.● Increased productivity of the AfterMarket line by 50%, going from a daily service of 30.000,00BRL to 60.000,00 BRL.● Expansion of the company's continuous improvement system, using WCM concepts (Quick, Standard, Major and Advanced Kaizen), in addition to implementing new tools focused on MASP and Lean Six Sigma into the process.
