Composed by executives with wide experience and expertise in the business events sector in the country, Blue Ocean has been launching successful projects at non-explored and/or emerging markets, specializing itself into understanding and maximizing latent demands from these segments. As Marketing Manager at Reed Exhibitions Alcantara Machado, I am responsible for all the positioning, value proposition, promotion and CRM for the Energy Sector Portfolio, especially those focused into Oil & Gas and Petrochemicals. Media Partnerships, Brand Development and Event Communication are some of my daily acivities at the company, which is the Global Leader for the development of fairs and large scale events. Amongst the events on my Portfolio are Blockbusters such as Brasil Offshore, Protection Offshore and Santos Offshore, all of them focusing brazilian activities in the sector and the partinerships that local investors can establish with Brazilian and Multinational Players.

As Production Manager at The Energy Exchange, I'm responsible for developing the company's products, researching the issues, understanding the hot topics and creating the agenda for the conference that the company is going to produce. It's my responsability to build up these events, confirming specialists and key authorities participation through relationship and communication actions, putting togheter the right people to cover the right issues at the right place and time. The Energy Exchange is part of Clarion Events, a global business-to-business event organiser with over 200 staff in London, Birmingham, Hong Kong, Maarssen (The Netherlands), St Charles (MI), USA and São Paulo, Brazil. Clarion's energy portfolio includes the utilities and energy trading specialist Synergy and South African based integrated media company Spintelligent.

IQPC - International Quality & Productivity Center - is a company focused in marketing intelligence, identifying and providing the market with cutting edge information to solve their problems and enhance their incomes. We identify the main issues in many areas of expertise, organizing executive events where the networking, information exchange and business development are the main guidelines. As Team Leader I'm responsible for research and content management, determining the events guidelines, generating topics of discussion and identifying the executives responsible for bringing main solutions and case studies to solve the issues we raise in our events. I'm exclusivelly focused in projects related to Energy, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure areas, and have wide expertise in dealing with the productive sector, the government agents and the solutions providers to this market in Brazil.

As a Project Manager at the Informa Group, I'm responsible for developing a considerable amount of different products, like conferences, seminars, workshops, courses and others. These events are related to several areas of knowledge, some of whom are listed here: Internal and External Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management, Environmental, Real State and Heavy Construction, among many others.My work, essencially, is talk to the marketing and understand what information they want to receive, so we can find people with these expertise to organize an event. These events are responsible not only for helping people to exchange knowledge, but also to give them a great opportunity of networking and business development. Mine (and ours) intention is to work always in a win-win combination, where ours speakers, delegates, sponsors and partners end up gaining a must valuable capital: Knowledge

The work I developed in Deloitte was mostly related with knowledge management and research, but also associated with Marketing Strategy, considering many benchmarking surveys we've developed. Some of the surveys were focused in specific Brazilian states, Brazilian regions, as well as in Brazil as a whole. These surveys generated reports that brought trends of the market, and the main perspectives of the executives for the future in Brazilian economy. I was also responsible for the information used to the competitive intelligence, staying always alert to what the players were doing, organising information 'bout them and making it available to the top managers, directors and partners. I also worked with the client satisfactions surveys, measuring the level of satisfaction of over 300 clients in many specific aspects, evaluating all the service lines that the Company have.

M Solutions was a Company focused in developing Websites, Hotsites, CD-Roms and CD-Cards, as well as many other digital media. My work there was essencially directed to structural planning, and I structured many sites and CD-Cards, and among them I can relate the Panex, Felippe Giaffone and Votorantim Asset Managment CD-Card as some good examples of the work I developed. The commercial contracts and chronogram definition were mine responsability too, as well as the institutional texts from our clients websites, when needed. I also worked as an auditor of the services we delivered, following the project since its beginning 'til its final version.
