In 2018 our operation won the prestigious DSV Circle of Champions award for most improved site in South Africa amongst all DSV sites. . Maintained an impeccable safety record with no reportable injuries to my staff while under my management. My site has recently Q4/ 2018 been given the 14001 ISO accreditation. . Through investigations I traced failures in the WMS system and Dispatch systems and saved more than R600K in claims. . Through the risk identification and change in process was made and loopholes closed. . I have conducted Induction training for fellow DSV sites due to my HSE skills I have qualified as a Safety Officer NQF level 5 through X Factor Safety in 2017.. In 2021 I reduced operational costs in outbound by and average of R240k and reduced CO2 emissions by 66% per month through LEAN principles and CIP’s.I have had my photos published in Speed & Sound, Max My Ride and African Pilot Magazines.
