Software Engineer with over a decade of experience in the engineering domain, including software engineering, product support and engineering leadership. As a software engineer, I transitioned several legacy Jenkins build pipelines to the Azure Pipelines framework, developed software plugins to integrate third party hardware with NI's VeriStand engine, and contributed to the decoupling of our driver products from dependencies on our application software release schedule. In product support, managed high severity customer support cases, served as the Chair of the steering committee for the product support discipline, driving migration to more modern support case management tools and spearheaded the modernization of internal training courses for NI's flagship DAQ hardware and software.Outside the world of coding, I enjoy playing beach volleyball and facilitating sessions of my favorite TTRPG.
