The gymAs a gym, we have several black belt instructors but we have excelled in K1 kickboxing competitions and over the last 10 years, we have produced 2 world champions, 1 Intercontinental, 3 European, 5 British, 2 ARFA, 1 Junior Prestige International Champions and 5 World Games gold medallists with 2 silver and 1 bronze. Due to our success, we have now managed to get sponsorship from our first major sponsor, BETFRED.At our full-time centre, we offer many services. We are open 7 days a week from 6am – 10pm. For men, women and children. We offer: 1-2-1 Private lessons Lessons for pairs (train with a friend) Private Groups of 3 to 15 people any mixture; men, women, children. Sports specific training for clubs, groups and teams i.e. football, rugby, netball etc. Fit Camps am & pmClasses that are open to the public. I hope to focus on offering corporate seminars and workshops for personal safety at work over the coming months.
