Powers Martial Arts Centre based in Stannington, Sheffield is a community-focused gym offering a combination of mixed martial arts and personal training from Personal Trainers Incorporated. We have a very successful corporate side to our gym where we offer personal safety at work and self-defence workshops and sessions for your staff. Our sessions are informative and we have many client testimonials from small to large businesses across South Yorkshire. As a gym, we welcome families; men, women and children, large or small groups and sports clubs for fitness classes, mixed-martial arts training, personal safety lessons and much more. At our full-time centre, we offer many services. We are open 7 days a week from 6am – 10pm. For men, women and children. We offer:  1-2-1 Private lessons  Lessons for pairs (train with a friend)  Private Groups of 3 to 15 people any mixture; men, women, children.  Sports specific training for clubs, groups and teams i.e. football, rugby, netball etc.  Fit Camps am & pm Classes that are open to the public. These include: • Circuit training • Kick Boxing bag classes (adults) • Children’s Kickboxing classes • Children’s MMA Classes • Adult Beginners MMA Classes • Beginners Kick-Boxing/Sparring Classes • Advanced Kickboxing/Sparring Classes • Thai Pad Classes • Women Only Training (Also, Mummy Power; Mums & Kids shared kickboxing sessions which are National Lottery Funded). • Women Only Self-Defence Workshops • Men Only Self-Defence Workshops We also offer gradings for clients in K1 Kick-boxing and multi-skilled self-defence from white to black belt instructor level. We have a squad for our competition fighters who compete from novice to international standard in both adult and junior levels. As a gym, we have several black belt instructors but we have excelled in K1 kickboxing competitions and over the last 10 years, we have produced 2 world champions, 1 Intercontinental, 3 European, 5 British, 2 ARFA, 1 Junior Prestige International Champions and 5 World Games gold medallists with 2 silver and 1 bronze. Due to our success, we have now managed attain sponsorship from our major sponsor, BETFRED.
