As the Direct of Consulting Services I lead the Solutions Group team. This team included all the IT Managers, Developers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts experts. I also work very closely with the Sales and Marketing departments creating and driving the needed collateral. By doing this I can bring together the right Consultants to the Client Projects that fit the needed roles and situation. Other duties include: Scheduling consultant work, partner with Talent Acquisition, Review SOW, MSA, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc., Provide mentorship and lead Consulting Managers. Advise and consult on budgets and strategy's with Leadership team.

As a Consulting Manager I lead a group of highly skilled and talented Business Analysis, Project Managers, and Lead Developers. Some of my duties include holding 1-on-1's, running team meetings, helping build carrier paths, and building a team atmosphere.
