At Stoneforce my role covers the following:Small Works:Managing multi projects from £10k - £750k. From concept design through to pratical completion. Responsibilities include, design, project management, quantity surveying, health and safety and aftercare. Maintenance:Currenlty managing multiple reactive and planned maintenance agreements for Residential properties across London and within the M25. Responsibilities include: Project management, Dispute resolution, maintenance management, quantity surveying, health and safety and aftercare.Defects:Following the completion of a high value residential build by our Projects teams, it is my responsibility to look after our clients during any 12 month defect period. Including rectification works, investigation works and aftercare. Development:Whilst managing multiple projects it is my responsibility to ensure that our department is able to grow and develop. It is my duty to impliment plans, actions and ongoing changes to drive a successful department.
