As VIC/TAS EGM I was the business leader totally responsible for staff, customers, suppliers, brands and results in my region. In the 3+ years in the role profits almost doubled and sales grew by over 40%. In Oct 2012 the business I was responsible for consisted of 235 retail stores in 6 brands plus 50 business travel teams in 5 brands. I led a multi-disciplined team consisting of retail and corporate operational leaders, CFO, marketing leader, product leader and HR leader. Also reporting through to me was the person responsible for Sales Process Quality Assurance Australia-wide for Flight Centre.

In March 2009 there were 25 teams producing sales of $300m and profits of $9.5m.This division was Most Profit Improved Corporate Division in FCL Globally in 2009.
