CurrentLeader of the Customer Success, Support, and Implementation organizations, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.My responsibilities include:• Managing and optimizing the post-sales experience for all Flexential customers• Establishing executive level relationships with customers, focused on business impact and outcomes• Serving as an escalation point for at-risk customers and providing strategic guidance to the teams• Developing action plans to achieve net revenue retention targetsUtilizing our people, values and reliable performance, Flexential is deeply invested in the success of our 3,000+ customers, who trust us to deliver data center solutions of colocation and interconnection, as well as cloud, managed solutions and professional services.
