The Aircraft Carrier Alliance project had several disparate IT systems and many new staff. My task was to learn the different systems and create training courses which could be delivered to existing and new staff in an instructor-led and online format. This involved interviewing staff at all levels and training at several sites across the UK from offices to shipyards. I left the project after developing courseware, running the first courses and passing on the courses to full-time employees. This work required UK security clearance which I still have.
