My business partner and I began development of the SafeHouse 2100 in 2005. The unit works with any security system that uses the phone line to alarm. If the phone line is cut, the alarm is sent over the CDMA network.I left Sprint Nextel in 2008 to work the business full time. We were unable to secure funding and I am therefore currently seeking employment.Accomplishments:• Obtained a small $50K bank loan• Designed a product (built 3 prototypes with 3 different Korean manufacturers)• Applied for a patent (patent-pending)• Secured a $250K Letter of Credit for Sprint with Chase Manhattan Bank• Completed and signed a 5 year contract with Sprint and now a MVNO legal partner with Sprint• Completed full product testing with Sprint; the SafeHouse 2100 has been certified by Sprint to be used in the Sprint CDMA network.• Developed a web site: www.pngsecurity.com

Responsibilities included the following:• Develop equipment specifications for RFP’s• Develop and execute Field Integration Tests (FIT) for new technology• Work with vendors to produce equipment that meets Sprint Nextel requirements• Develop software tools for multiple groups• Perform Project ManagementNotable achievements:• Developed a NEPA analysis web tool in PHP that automatically generates the NEPA report saving up to 12 hours of work per week.• Developed a survey tool using Visual Basic that allows the user to easily build surveys and quickly process the results• Developed a web based repeater design application in PHP that calculates the proper forward and reverse gain settings and maximum output power required. • Developed an in-building DAS design tool using Visual Basic• Wrote the Macro Repeater Implementation Guidelines document• Developed a Paid Time Off (PTO) web application using PHP and SQL to track vacation hours throughout the year• Developed the Autonomous Testing web site• Lead engineer for the Fiber Fed Repeater (FFR) project• Lead engineer for the Consumer Electronic Repeater (CER) project

• Built and maintained trusted relationships with Nortel executives and managers• Responded to RFP’s• Managed consultants working for Nortel• Designed and managed the Alltel CDMA build for Kansas• Prior to being promoted to manager, I performed system optimization for Nortel CDMA customers across the nation. I collected system data using Agilent equipment and post processed the data using Nortel's RF Optimizer software. After analysis of the data, I gave optimization recommendations to the engineering group ( i.e. azimuth changes, antenna tilt, active and neighbor set window settings, neighbor list changes).
