Working as a Cities Rep, I have the responsibility of looking after University students whilst on the trip. This can be anything from safe guarding to medical advice and help. - Liaising with hoteliers to ensure the students have the best possible stay whilst in resort assisting them with any issues such as room changes, room damages and check in/out. - Guided tours around resort maintains a strong relationship with each student on the trip ensuring they are fulfilled by each destination on the tour. By guiding students safely from hotel to the bar crawl, students learn to navigate around the destination and learn where the best bars are for their stay in resort. Working in a response team to deal with arising situations such as aggressive behaviour from fans, smoking in the ground, alcohol/drug misbehaviour and ejections.

As a Radio Presenter/DJ, my first show was called "The Saturday Night Show" and was broadcast from 7pm until 10pm every Saturday Night. During the first hour I would have an hour of Rock Music, second hour becoming lighter with Indie music and then venturing into a Dance/EDM mix produced by myself to get the listeners ready to go out and party.Assisting with the creation and production of the station sound. This resulted in producing jingles for shows, creating station idents, scripting and producing radio adverts from our sponsors to help promote them and also promote our own events/station itself.I would sit and train new members of the community to help them learn the Myriad system that we used and helped them produce their own shows once they were confident enough to go ahead with a live broadcast.During a hard time for the station, I took up the role of Schedule Manager to ensure that all staff knew their time slots for that time, Any issues regarding cover and what was to be broadcast within their show.
