Paul has taught English language and literature courses for more than twenty-five years to classes, small groups and individuals in Hong Kong universities, community colleges, tutorial centres, international banks and commercial companies. He is an innovative practitioner who creates and tailors an eclectic range of teaching materials that inspire and develop critical thinking, speaking and writing skills. Paul's pedogogy is captured in the traditional aphorism "tell me and I'll forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I'll understand".Paul is currently seeking challenging English language teaching, training, editing, and consulting projects in the commercial and educational sectors. To transfer obligations imposed by the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Paul's company, Fallow Field Limited, can invoice clients for his services and assume responsibility for all statutory requirements including MPF payments.
