As a professional with over a decade of experience in the Commercial arena of a large multinational steel organisation, I have enjoyed leading customer facing account teams responsible for strategic partners across the Construction, Building and Packaging Sectors.Most recently I have led the development and deployment of Tata’s eProcurement solution, utilising both internal and external expert teams to deploy innovative solutions in Supplier Management, eSourcing, eContract Management and the surrounding governance structure.Developing sustainable solutions for complex business challenges is something I’ve gravitated towards throughout my career, with specific successes in Supply Chain Transformation, Digitisation of processes and enhanced Customer Relationship activities.My original University study complimented my inquisitive nature by focussing on using IT to support problem identification and solution throughout an organisation.My final thesis challenged the softer side of change management and problem solving, focussing on an individual’s motivation to change.
