I am currently a Systems Engineer and Tech Lead for aircraft modification programs. In this role I am responsible for technical execution of the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept development through sustainment. The Systems Engineering half of my role gives me the opportunity to develop requirements, define system architectures, integrate, and test system solutions. As the Tech lead, I am also responsible for the technical execution of my System designs and the engineers assigned to the program. Prior to my current position, I served as a Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead. In this role I controlled the test and evaluation strategy for new developmental hardware and software. I was responsible for cost and schedule execution of IPT tasks which were managed through Earned Value Management. I worked with Engineering Leadership and Program Management to ensure all work is performed in support of program goals and contracts. Before becoming the Deputy IPT lead, I held multiple other positions on the IPT. I started out as a platform integration engineer working to integrate weapons on new host platforms. This allowed me to work with integration engineers from other companies as well as US and foreign military personnel. After mastering the engineering tasks of platform integration, I was given the opportunity to manage integration contracts as a Program Manager.I have a MS in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona.
