World Cruising Club organises sailing events for private yacht owners in over 20 countries worldwide. It also provides a comprehensive series of forums and seminars. The events themselves typically include an extensive in-port programme, a lecture and seminar series and liaison with local authorities and companies to ensure the best experience for clients. Annually, more than 400 yachts register for one of the events. I principally worked on the planning and delivery of the World ARC sailing event, which led up to 450 international participants, to almost 20 different countries each year. I was the lead manager.

Responsible for the training and operational preparedness of the unit's 750 soldiers.
