Delivered the launch of the all new Sandals Luxury Exclusives commercial proposition plus developed Sandals Corporate channel to drive Corporate Reward and Recognition programmes, Prizes and Incentives. Always looking at new opportunities and projects to drive incremental revenue.The devised strategy paid off by Winning "Best Overseas Hotel" at the M&IT Awards in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 and now 2022 in the Events sector.Extra curricular charity work includes the Events R Talented Event industry initiative to raise money for the Industry charity Meeting Needs various projects, an initiative we set up and delivered great success in its first year. in its 2nd year WON a C&IT Award for "Best use of a small Budget Award" a very proud achievement.
