Senior Paralegal position in the firm’s global Investment Funds Group, assisting institutional investors and fund-of-funds clients in coordinating and tracking large-scale secondary market and affiliate investment fund portfolio transactions, with extensive experience in navigating anti-money laundering and sanctions regimes as well as intricate filing requirements across numerous jurisdictions in Asia, North America, and Europe. Responsible for preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, transfer agreements, closing deliverables and schedules, and investor questionnaires, and coordinating their execution and release. Additional duties in primary investment fund transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and completing limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements and investor qualification statements, tax and anti-money laundering questionnaires, powers of attorney, side letters, and know-your-client diligence requests on behalf of both limited partners and managers.
