Paul has unusually broad skills for a lead solution architect and an outstanding record of contract wins in the public sector over 15 years with Fujitsu, before joining CSC in January 2016. He works as a senior Lead Deal Architect / Chief Technology Officer, providing technical, programme, service, cost and commercial leadership through all bid stages and into delivery. He has wide experience of pro-active and competitive procurements for medium to large desktop, hosting and network services, seeking to understand, shape and satisfy complex requirements for transition, transformation and ongoing operations.Paul has extensive experience of solutions requiring accreditation to manage protectively marked assets, including shared services. He has a reputation for applying pace and stamina to his work, for his service knowledge, his attention to detail and his financial skills.Before working for Fujitsu, Paul had a successful and varied career over 13 years with Shell International. This culminated as Service and Infrastructure Manager for Shell Chemical Limited’s HQ in London and The Hague, a role that included global service co-ordination and standardisation, working closely with peers across Europe, in the US, Canada and Singapore.Paul has a 1st class honours degree in Mathematics with Computing. He is a Chartered Information Technology Professional and Member of the British Computer Society and has achieved practitioner accreditations in ITIL at Manager (Red Badge) level, MSP and PRINCE2.He is a voluntary Director of Lewisham Plus Credit Union Limited (www.pluscu.co.uk), a community financial organisation he helped to found in 1992, and is also the Treasurer of The Grove Centre Church (www.thegrovecentre.org.uk). He has two adult daughters and celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary in 2012.

  Working as a Principal Solution Consultant to understand and shape pre-sales solutions to complex customer requirements for the UK public sector (including MOD), NHS and financial services. I led the solution for the NHS Supply Chain Supporting Technology & Infrastructure Services opportunity from mid-2017 and was CTO on this successful CatA win, leading DXC's work to deliver the transition, business-as-usual service and digital transformation to Nov 2019. I have now returned to pre-sales, joining the Multi Service Solutioning team to work on strategic new business opportunities.
