Business Analyst
Current• Queue Management, work allocation and collate hourly work status.• Collate the team productivity, p4p data, and LND trainings & transportation data• Provide Queue status, Day Start and Day End screen shot.• Build customer confidence by actively listening to their concerns and giving appropriate feedback.• Provided accurate and appropriate information in response to customer inquiries.• Handles and resolves escalated inquiries.• Need to take calls in escalated cases to client and take appropriate answers by client and again process cases accordingly.• Handled customer calls and responded to queries about services, product, and billing.• Worked to address all customer concerns in timely and effective manner.• Provide feedback of employee and or team performance to supervisor and or manager.• Manage team workload distribution and structure to ensure consistent good performance.• Consistently and effectively implement performance Management Process as leadership tool to help employees maximize their performance.• Responsible to day-to-day productivity report of whole team of their performance and need to share manager and whole team.• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.• Managed designing, developing, integrating, testing, and maintenance of existing and new business applications.
