A career in Global Operations leading to Board and Statutory Officer responsibilities.I have led high growth global scale up’s, managing funding, strategy, execution and performance. I have also managed and led the reverse scenario; restructuring, closure and divestment. Both have been substantial experiences. In the process I have lived and worked in the UK, Switzerland, and the Philippines, with significant time in the US, Mexico and Asia. I have also led global efforts to deal constructively with the human side of change management, whether it was restructuring, growth, or mission change. And the business model side of transforming an established business with a substantial asset base, existing strategy, and ongoing funding and liquidity requirements. This has given me considerable insight and experience into what works and what doesn’t when leading turnarounds or high growth scenarios. I enjoy thinking and working strategically, with follow through and strength in execution. Career Highlights include:1.
