As the Director of Supply Chain Planning at NSP, I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for optimizing the supply chain operations and performance of the company. With over 22 years of experience in the field, I have developed a strong expertise in inventory planning, demand forecasting, capacity analysis, and risk mitigation. I have also contributed to the strategic planning and execution of several major projects and initiatives, such as the implementation of a new SIOP system, the expansion of the global distribution network, and the improvement of the customer service levels. I hold an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix, and I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain function. My goal is to leverage my knowledge, skills, and experience to support NSP's mission of delivering high-quality products and services to its customers, while also fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization.
