Hi, I started my career in the year 2008 with Genisys as an call taking agent in reliance telecom process, later on I got an early opportunity with new process coming in i.e., reliance big TV. Post continues good performance for 6 months I was eligible for ijp and got as TL for reliance big TV process. I completed 3.4 years in with Genisys. Now after all good thing I learns with Genisys It was time to move on and when I was searching for a new change I got an opportunity to move back to my native and got new role as process leader in Firstsource Ltd hubli. It was really awesome working with FSL and upgraded my skills and learnt many things there on management and floor handling. Groom agents many more. Everything was going good but as we say that everything is not permanent. So a day of departure came in after an awesome 3.3 years of experience. Later on i shifted to bangalore again as FSL shutdown in hubli and stared my now job at Aegis Ltd and it is really awesome experience working with aegis I started as TL in Aegis worked for 1.5 years and due to personal emergency i left the job. when I came back to bangalore Aegis didn't leave me and this time I applied for AM role because I have learnt and understood about the role when I was a TL with Aegis. It was really nice feeling when I got the job. I worked with Aegis for 2.5 years at Shimoga. Due to government rules of minimum wages hike Company went under loss and it was very hard to leave Aegis. Later I joined Ruralshores in Thirthahalli and currently I'm working with RS from 2years.
