I have an overall professional experience of over 22 years in Project Sales, Marketing and Product development in the field of Building and Construction Industries in Project Sales and Retail. I have been managing P&L responsibilities since 2010 in Sintex Industries Limited . The Makers of Water tank diversified in the Business of Project in Government and private sector in the field of Infrastructure. I am responsible for managing a business of about Rs 500 crores for both top line and bottom line and report to MD. With an Entrepreneurial mindset , I have been successful in scaling up revenues and building businesses start ups since 2011 . I am responsible for P&L in this role. My expertise lies in the area of Business Head role along with this Responsible for new business opportunities in Government and Private infrastructure project for Construction Infrastructure & Small Large Prefab structures segment.Advise the Management on commercial / technical viabilities of identified opportunities.Develop relationship with key decision influencers in target organizations for business development & interfacing with clients at various levels.To Establish detailed operational / deliverable milestone for individual projects.Responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations and enhancing revenue generation. Develop and implement innovative sales strategy to achieve sales target of Construction and Prefab/PEB projects of the Company.Monitor the sales activities for the project and resolve any issues that may arise. Also responsible for After Sales Customer Care and services related activities to facilitate smooth handover of possession to customer.Apart from Sales and Marketing , functions like R&D, Technology ,Manufacturing , Finance , Business HR,Supply Chain, Quality and Service have reported directly or worked in a dotted line structure with me.
