A) Working as an Internal Consultant - KPO (Member-Kaizen Promoting Office) since Feb 2009 to till date. I have a major role in the process of implementing the LEAN SYSTEM and made it successful in all production departments.It has helped me in getting plant efficiency from Avg.35% to 50%, rejection less than 1%, changeover in 3 days and Cost per minute less than Rs. 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:• Implementing lean system across the factory.• Plan for kaizen events with the goal of 95% FTR and 70% Eff.• Eliminate 7 types of waste for continuous improvements.• Just in time concepts: - Single piece flow, Pull system and pace to TAKT Time.• Reduce set up time by doing External activities.• Doing VSM six months once to find opportunities for improvement.• Planning and execution of systems and procedures.• Involvement in product analysis to understand the technical as well as quality requirements of buyer to ensure right product within the events.• Conduct meeting with PM/FM of the go forward plan of the factory in order to improve quality & achieve planned efficiencies.• Doing audits for sustainment and improvements.
