Hi, I am Pavan, the founder of Recruiting Bond, a staffing and recruiting company. Let me take you through the pivotal milestones of my personal and professional journey.I hail from a small town. My first intention was to enter the telecom sector, so I pursued engineering degree in electronics and communication, but as time went on, my aspirations changed. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, together with a love of travel, revolutionized my field in the staffing and recruiting business.Despite my confused state of mind, I pushed myself to do many jobs. I made a significant contribution to the company's expansion everywhere I visited and made positive relationships in the process. I learned a lot from these gigs about honoring the core of who I am and what I love doing.After that, I started a staffing and recruiting business with a friend of mine. We had experienced our fair share of successes, disappointments, lessons learned, and life lessons at this point. But eventually, things slid between the cracks, and I had to to leave to discover Recruiting Bond.Ultimately, my soul was constantly yearning for something better and more fulfilling. I envisioned myself in a setting where my exceptional interpersonal skills and communication prowess would be valued and fully exploited.
