CurrentSmart Cities Mission is a national flagship program of the Government of India to develop over next five years more than 100 cities as Smart Cities. The objective of SCM is to promote cities that provide: (i) core infrastructure and give a decent quality of life to its citizens; (ii) a clean and sustainable environment; and (iii) application of smart solutions to facilitate citizen services.Assist the urban local bodies (ULBs), Smart city special purpose vehicle (SPVs) or other relevant agencies, in completing the CSAF application for the Water Resource Management segment or any other category as per requirements of framework. Providing support, the cities in addressing data gaps and guide them in securing respective information and preparation of Basic Ranking Report.-Review the project plan and technical plan submitted by the implementation agency.- Vetting of the submitted drawings/datasheet etc. as per the RFP and providing the observation to the Client.- Overseeing the Field activities like installation and commissioning of the instruments and adopting the best practices for the same.- Have on-site project review meetings on a regular basis.- Emphasize potential risks and a plan for mitigating them to the client.- At the conclusion of each milestone, summarize the execution's status and flag any significant problems or risks.- Help SI in creating MIS and dashboards that are KPI and KPO driven.- Aid SI in developing the SOPs.- Inspection of the submitted invoices by the SI in accordance with the RFP Milestone and Payment Schedule.- Testing of the different Smart City Component Modules like IVMS, ITMS, SCADA etc. - Accurate and coordinated documentation of project records, credentials, deliverables, approvals, and other data.- Coordinate with various stakeholders of the project during the implementation phase- Project evaluation, assessment, change control and propose improvements with various stakeholders to expedite the progress of the projects
