 Over 13 years of experience in Power transformer design and its Control Schematic, Control Panels Design in IEC/ANSI standards.  Design of Power transformers and its costing estimation sheets following customer specification  Responsible for detailed electrical design calculations like main design(core and windings design), cooling calculations, losses calculations, impedance calculations, checking the impulse withstand strength of windings(dielectric strength), checking the dynamic withstand strength of transformer during short circuit.  Designing of Schematic drawings, Control Circuits, Power Circuits and Signaling Circuits following customer specification.  Releasing of Bill of materials (BOM) and Major Long lead items like Core, Copper, CT’s, and Bushings. Etc.  Interacting with customers for design reviews and design queries and getting the approvals.  Preparing the test circuits for major dielectric tests for customer and testing department.  Preparing detail Terminal Plan as per the designed Schematic to remote panels.  Hands on Experience in AutoCAD for electrical schematics and Control Panel layout.  Hands on Monitoring relays (Like Automatic Voltage regulators, Bay control units, Bushing monitoring systems. Etc.) wiring and interfacing with scada.  Creation of electrical components library & preparation of schematic drawings as per the standards.  Knowledge of manufacturing process and coordination with Production department and testing department regarding the technical issues.  Preparation of Part data base for E3 and E plan software for cycle time reduction in Schematic drawings.  Inter connection drawings for Control panels and substation scada automation systems.
