Brief Duties & Responsibilities:To interact with students on a day to day basis to manage the activities associated with the course. For e.g. giving administrative and personal guidance., supporting students & faculty by running programmes, manage training calendar & circulate informationTo manage the attendance of the students and upkeep of the classroom / lab facility.To issue ID cards to students with all details filled up and duly signed by Authorized Signatory., Organize, maintain & distribute Training Kits, Distribute Pen drives, etc.To communicate with students on the Course information like Batch Start dates, Enrollment Process Eligibility criteria, Last date of submission of DD’s, communication of subsequent batch info, Answer queries of Students, etc. The communication is required to be done by mail, on telephone, on SMS or personally as the case maybe.To manage guest faculty programmes, arrangements to welcome them, organizing tea, beverages, bouquet, memento, etc. To manage a mini library for Aerospace & Defence.To assist Senior Faculty in preparing PPT presentations, Letter, etc.To remain an important POC between VTU & DS Teams at Project site.Designing the brochures in using Canva application.

Role and Responsibilities as follows.Responsible for Documents Preparing Using MS –Office Applications.Materials purchasing for Office Purpose.Responsible for Office maintenance.Responsible for inward & outward numbers of office Documents.Responsible for Preparing the Candidates List. Responsible for Preparing documents filling systems.

Job responsibilitiesResponsible for Opening of Trust Accounts. Trust, Association, Societies and Clubs. (TASC)Responsible for opening of Current account, saving account & fixed deposit.
