o Currently Liable for GRP (Global Reliability Program) which is includes RbM (Reliability Based Management), Work place management, Equipment center lining, Failure Mode Effective Analysis(FMEA), Root Cause Effective Analysis (RCEA) o Accountable for Construction and qualification activities of Line T1 which includes detail engineering, Installation of process vessels with respective pipeline and qualification includes Shake down, Functional specifications, QRM- Quality risk management, Design qualification, Commissioning, Installation and operational qualifications Manufacturing and Process Equipment investigations which are related to engineering. Process equipment reliability and optimization of Preventive maintenance. CIP Remediation and CIP cycle development for CIP skid and Process vessels which includes CIP cycle optimization, Shake down and Installation and operational qualifications, Procurement of materials.o Expertise in Process related investigations related to solution and emulsion preparation systems.

o Accountable for The construction activities with the help of Jacob’s team and shaking down activities of process and clean in place (CIP) fully automatic (DeltaV) Emulsion preparation system (Propofol) and construction of other solution preparation systems.  Execution of miscellaneous protocols, Shakedown, engineering runs, confirmatory runs protocols for establishing the parameters in DeltaV.  Overseeing revive of complete commissioning qualification and validation documents along with commissioning agents (CAI) for T5, T4 &T2 solution and emulsion lines process and utility systems.  Revive of vendor general arrangement drawings against the piping and instrumentation, isometrics and design drawings.o Managing the consultants & contractors and giving guidance in technical aspects in accordance with ASME BPE standards.o Attending the Preventive maintenance and Breakdown activates for solution and emulsion preparation systems.o Spares management like managing the critical spares by procuring and managing enough inventory as spares for minimal breakdown time.

o Accountable for  The Installation, Qualification, maintenance activities of semiautomatic line of solution preparation system and exhibit batch scale emulsion preparation system. Raising the purchase requisition for capital and revenue inventory through SAP and follow up with the vendor and purchase team to get material in site without effecting the timelines for construction activities.o Planning and Execution of Equipment Qualifications with the coordination of Validation department and other infrastructure required for the plant.o Execution of project plans sticking to the timelines, co-ordination with consultants (Jacobs) and contractors (Praj hipurty systems).

o Responsible for Installation and Start-up of Diesel generators (Make: Cummins)o Coordinated for Installation, Commissioning and Qualification activities of Super-heated water static Autoclaves (Make: Fedegari).o Coordinated for Installation, Commissioning and Qualification activities of Rubber stopper processor (Make: Atech)o Accountable for installation of Clean room panels.
