Current- Responsible for mapping and building teams within the Account and Organization
- Managed multiple Team Leads and Recruiters
- Working directly with the MSPs and VMS like TAPFIN (Manpower), KellyOCG, Volt, Beeline, DCR, IQ Navigator, Field Glass etc...
- Managing the Job postings for both offshore and on-site and acted as a single point contact and held responsible for all Jobs to be posted in portals accordingly on a round robin basis
- Interacting with the SPOC (client HR) for requirement clarifications, follow ups, interview & post offer scheduling.
- Responsible for development and implementation of human resource strategy and action plans to support short and long-term objectives of the business. Components of action plans include talent planning, recruiting.
