Any variance will be reported to the leadership team with the reasons. Manual order entry in the tool. Cost Back charge for the group accounts. Head Count Report. Monthly reports such as Account Management report, Executive committee report, Food and Beverage Report, Rail Report and other Adhocs reports as per the requirement. Monthly Allocation entries for the Group and Strategic Accounts. Daily Demand Order Report, Order Backlog Report. Travel and Expense Report, Inventory Aging Report

The role involves end to end management of the financials of the various contracts, Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue Recognition.Preparations of Forecast Reports to forecast the Revenue and understand the future of the contracts.Invoicing of Fees and Expenses for Time and Material and Fixed Price contracts.Work with the Business Managers to measure the performance of contracts.Analysis of variances of Forecast and Actuals and ensure that time and expenses have hit the correct WBSEs.Responsible for month end close; including journal entries, and accruals.
