Joined EFI in April 2021, after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dayananda Sagar Institutions, where I majored in accounting and finance. As a member of the order management team at EFI and eProductivity Software, I ensure the efficient and accurate processing of orders and invoicing for the customers. Used SAP software to analyze the requirements, generate the bills, and ensure the compliance with the company policies and standards. Collaborated with the sales, finance, and technical teams to resolve any issues or queries related to the orders. I have developed strong skills in invoicing, requirements analysis, and Deal processing, as well as a keen interest in the Product based industry. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new technologies and systems, and to deliver high-quality service to the customers. I am always looking for ways to improve my performance and efficiency, and to support my team and organization.
