• Managed installation of 250,000 sq. ft of Curtainwall and ACM Metal Panels for the new Headhouse Building as part of the $4 Billion mega project to build a new terminal for Delta Airlines at LaGuardia Airport • Procured and managed a $50 Million utility contract involving Electrical, COMM, Water, Sanitary and Gas infrastructure both Airside and Landside • Led weekly and daily coordination meetings with multiple contractors on site • Worked as a liaison between Design Team and the Contractor to solve design and construction issues • Audited and negotiated tickets, change orders & proposals in excess of $20 Million • Managed critical certifications, and walkthroughs for energizations and PTOs • Examined the scope and coordinated with sub-contractors, union workers, PANYNJ, and internal stakeholders for timely execution and compliance • Headed quality control site-wide to ensure NCRs and Observations are addressed in a timely manner • Tracked progress and ensured critical path activities were performed as per the schedule • Performed quantity take off and estimation of materials, equipment, and labor for construction activities • Maintained daily, weekly, monthly reports and analyzed trends to make informed decisions • Accomplished closeout of 9 different contracts by carefully acquiring all the required documentation and signoffs from the contractor, client, and PANYNJ.
