And raise project requirement 30 Days prior to actual requirement at site• Preparing MIS report reports for presentation during management review meeting to give in-depth view on all aspect of project• Review the Project schedule Submitted by PMC to ensure that submitted schedule are in line with master baseline schedule.• Monitoring Progress achieved and review target for next 3 Months and discuss actions to be taken to achieve the goals with the General Manager• Monitoring progress periodically and in the event of delay beyond 30 days, will seek fresh mandate and approval from management• Monitoring finishing items, MEP, Landscaping & Other direct procurement items and plan procurement as required for the project with a lead time of 90-120 days• Identify and resolve project issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing their impact on project progress.• Complied cash flow details based on bill certified, material procured and other expenditure up to previous month and indicating cash flow required based on planned progress • Coordinating with architects or other design professionals to ensure that designs meet building codes and other requirements.• Co-ordinating with all departments/Cluster/Tower/Area heads and share any requirement to the General Manager to reach the milestone target• Co-ordinating with the Vendor, Consultant and Other external stake holders in case of any slippages from the agreed schedules and seek corrective action
