Project Lead and Technical Consultant for Middleware and Infrastructure

• Maintaining a team of 40 members which has different support levels of L1, L2 and L3.• Involved in many new projects from end to end transition and recruiting new resources and builds teams by providing technical trainings and process training.• Supporting end-to-end infrastructure and applications of Walmart, which are hosted on different Middleware Products Products like WebSphere, Tomcat, Geronimo, IIS, One Ops (Walmart Cloud), on AIX and Linux.• Automating infrastructure with ansible and puppet.• Responsible for Addressing high level technical escalations and find Root Cause analysis for all critical issues.• Working on Release management and responsible for approving Infrastructure and Middleware changes and working on Change, Incident and Problem Management.• Keeping the whole environment stable by applying fix updates and security Vulnerabilities• Involved in Migration of Middleware application to latest versions and from Migrating application to cloud.• Make sure the environment is stable by applying fix updates and security Vulnerabilities.• Attending Client calls to Gathering requirements for New Builds.• Creation of procedural documents for day-to-day activities.• Handle and troubleshoot the customer escalations, building solutions, implementations, patch and work-around management coupled with delivering high-quality feasible solutions.• Collaborating with the team members and senior management to maintain a continuous stream of information regarding the project status and progress.• Significantly contributed the including analysis of the client requirements, delivery, support, analysis and documentation• Delivered Internal audits for ITIL and participate in the customer calls for resolving the incidents.• Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they providing is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed.• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.

Working with HSBC London Engagement and Responsible for supporting Development,UAT and Live environments. Involved in Installing and Configuring Websphere 5.x/6.0 Working with Both Manual and Scripted Installations. Deploying the Applications on UAT and Live environments. Migration of Websphere5.x to 6.0 Troubleshooting by going through JVM and webserver logs.

Handing applications on different OS platforms like Linux, Unix (Sun Solaris) and Windows. Handling and Managing applications on Websphere, Weblogic and JBOSS and also ASP applications. Handling different Webservers like Apache and IIS. TroubleShooting and debugging errors and problems for all applications by going thru the JVM logs and Application logs and also handling system performance and application performances. Also deploying different applications thru Open Deployment Tools and also synchronizing them. Good knowledge on Deployment Manager, Websphere clusters etc. Installing BigBrother clients and configuring them for each application so that the same can be monitored. Also configuring Datasource, Virtual Hosts and deploying EAR / WAR / JAR files thru Admin Console. Installing SSL on Apache Webservers
