At TDK, I was involved in the development of product quality and reliability control for capacitors. This included handling customer claims, documenting non-conformities and corrective actions, and maintaining data using SAP software for in-process IPQC and FQA. I also conducted approvals for first part and final dispatch of capacitors, performed bias linearity and stability measurements, and conducted measurement system analysis. Through a Why Why analysis (5Why), I identified root causes of problems and implemented measures to eliminate contributing factors. Additionally, I actively participated in KAIZEN initiatives to improve product quality and encourage organizational growth.
