Current work place in Endoscopy unit, Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Clinical hospital Center Zagreb (since 2007). Advanced skills in GI endoscopy: around 2000 upper GI and 1500 lower GI endoscopy a year with interventions. Primary interest in upper GI endoscopy and esophageal pathology: GERB, Barrett esophagus and radiofrequent ablation of BE (about 40-50 cases a year), stents and dilatation in GI obstruction (around 50-60 cases a year), RFA for GAVE and postiiradiation proctitis. Also routine performance of advanced polypectomy and EMR in upper and lower GI tract, ligation, percutaneous gastrostomy placement, treating and closure of GI fistulas and leaks. Trained in small bowel diagnostics and therapy; video capsule endoscopy and enteroscopy (around 100 cases a year). Interventional ERCP with cholangioscopy (around 150-200 cases a year). Endoscopic EUS with FNA and FNB (100 cases a year). Trained in transabdominal ultrasound with liver biopsies and drainage procedures. Basic expertise in IBD and hepatology patients.
