In my various capacities as a member of the Structures Department, I support a variety of technical topics and efforts in support of mission assurance and technical rigor / best practices for multiple government customers including DoD, the Space Force, and NASA.Subject matter expertise includes extensive use of structural and finite element analysis for the purposes of qualification of pressurized structures, composite hardware, thermal protection systems, demonstration of damage tolerance, and specialized interdisciplinary analysis efforts. Team lead on a number of projects that aid in mentoring of younger staff, enforcing analysis best practices within the department, and establishing guidance documents for the industry.

As a research student, I contribute research to my thesis and to the Civil Engineering department on structural response of bend-twist coupled laminated thin composite beams for various applications.As a teaching assistant, I am responsible for grading labs/homeworks and providing instruction to undergraduate students consistent with the standard duties for a TA.

As a student researcher, I aid and contribute to projects that are currently being worked on by the organization. UNM BBER oversees city and statewide economic impact analysis, forecasting, data compilation and analysis, conducts surveys, models behaviors, runs and updates several websites, and contracts work out to private organizations. I help with programming projects in STATA, analyzing data in Excel, drafting survey instruments, data collection, and miscellaneous work that needs to be done on the projects.

As a boot fitter, i am responsible for knowledge of basic podiatry in order to successfully, and appropriately fit expert level ski equipment. This involves diagnosing pronation and foot instability, as well as remedying these issues through the use of custom and non-custom footbeds/insoles. I am also trained in ski boot shell and liner manipulation for further custom fitting. My time is not only spent doing custom boot work, but is spent on the sales floor selling expert level ski equipment and providing customer service.

Majored in Economics with intent of concentration in Econometrics, Forecasting, and Data Analysis, and minored in applied Mathematics with knowledge of Calculus, Linear Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equations, Symbolic Logic, and Probability Theory.
